Hi everyone my name is Sam and I’m the new trainer at East 2 West fitness!
I’ve been training with Ethan myself for over 2 years now so I’ve learnt from the best. My specialties include strength, muscle building and weight loss training but I love all aspects of training and fitness and want to help no matter the goal!
