Our dedicated National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) supported personal training program is thoughtfully designed to cater to sensitive clients with a wide range of needs, from mental health challenges to physical disabilities.

We take immense pride in providing a safe, clean, and quiet experience at our private PT studio, nestled in the heart of Ringwood, where every individual can feel empowered to learn, adapt, and progress their physical and mental well-being.

We recognize the importance of creating an environment that fosters comfort and understanding and our trained team of compassionate trainers are experienced in providing personalized support, ensuring every session is tailored to suit each client’s unique abilities





The East2West team are passionate about helping more Australians with disabilities access the help and support they need to improve their health, wellness, and quality of life.

Anyone with a disability is warmly welcomed at East2West! No matter what your requirements are, we are here to work with you. Whether you have Autism, Parkinson’s, Brain Cancer, Down Syndrome, and beyond, we’re NDIS registered for core and capacity-building, so no matter what NDIS funding you need, we can help you.

Our services extend to everyone, regardless of whether you have a disability or not or whether you’re on the NDIS or not.

We offer carefully programmed and structured sessions.

All sessions are personally designed for each individual participant with focus on having fun, getting stronger and improving confidence in a safe trainer led environment.

Plan managed or self managed participants are warmly welcomed here at East2West.

We also happily contract plan managers to see if participants have the available funding for the sessions.

From the first time I walked in to East2West Fitness I knew it was a great decision. Ethan and the team are pros at what they do. My previous personal training experiences have left me feeling like I wasn’t making the most out of my time and that progress was stalling and Ive never felt confident in the gym or had a proper plan to achieve my goals. I have experienced the complete opposite here. Sam (My PT) took the time so understand my goals, my previous workout experience, and my previous injuries and designed a program and nutrition plan that actually felt personalised. He takes the time to teach me how to not only execute the lifts correctly and safely, but how each exercise fits into the program he wrote for me and why it’s going to help me achieve my fitness goals. Ethan and Sam’s knowledge and training style creates the perfect environment that has challenged and pushed me beyond what I thought was possible, helping me break through barriers and achieve milestones I didn’t think I could reach at in my mid thirties. The studio itself is super clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the free weights you’d ever need as well as a large range of machines for isolation exercises - keeping my workouts fresh and varied. Since training at East2West, my transformations both physical and also mentally have been through the roof. I look forward to every session. The regular check-ins when I’m not in the training studio, shows me that they genuinely care about my success and it’s super motivating.
